We utilise 8 Nordson Auto Powder Application Guns on our automated conveyor line and manual guns for rapid colour changes. This reduces costs resulting in an overall better finish on all painted products.
Our process also includes phosphate chemical pre-treatment and chromate conversion for aluminium products. Finished products are carefully inspected and fully packed for protection during transport.
